Frabels Inc. was founded in 1942 by Mr. F.B. Allen of Czech origin living in London, England. He arrived in Canada to help raise money for the war effort. His experience in the rhinestone business as the British Submitagent for Swarovski and Czech stones inspired him to sell these items in the Canadian market.
He began by selling house wares and dresses as these were the only items available for import at the time. Gradually, as the war ended, he was able to import rhinestones and beads from Austria and Czechoslovakia into Canada and thus the true mission of our company had begun.
Now, over 70 years later, we are a leading supplier of rhinestones, beads, trimmings, transfers, sequin products, findings and more, to manufacturers in the garment and fashion accessory fields throughout North America.
