Shipping & Returns

Shipping  Policies:

  • 24 – 48 hour shipping on in stock goods. Most orders will leave Frabels the following business day. If you require faster service, please ask your service advisor as we pride ourselves on great service and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your needs.
  • Web orders over $200 after discount are eligible for free ground (“Bestway”) shipping (Canada and US).
  • Overnight shipping policy. Orders received after noon Eastern time will not be shipped until the following business day.
  • Choose “PICK-UP” shipment (or payment) option ONLY if you are going to come to our showroom at 5580 rue Paré Montreal, Quebec to pick up your order. For PICK-UP orders our minimum net total $200 requirement is applied.
  • We generally use UPS or Post Canada depending on which is the best value vs. service. When ordering, please indicate shipping method (routing) if you would prefer an alternative method  We can also use any freight service you require that services our locations.
  • All shipment F.O.B. Frabels (Montreal) warehouse.
  • C.O.D. orders  in Canada will be accepted only when sent with a twenty-five percent (25%) money order or certified cheque deposit to avoid delays in processing your order.
  • International COD is not possible.
  • At Frabels, we charge the lowest possible rate for shipments by the common carries like Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator etc. Additionally we are required to charge an insurance fee of 1.5% to cover the cost of the goods should they be lost in transit. Therefore your parcels are insured for loss or damage by us and we accept the responsibility should anything go wrong. Please note that the premium carriers (and our competitors) actually charge between 2 and 3.5% for the same insurance and we are absorbing the difference.


Returns / Claims: 

  • No claims allowed unless made within 5 days receipt of goods.
  • No returns without written authorization (RA). Please mark the RA number on the outside of the box.
  • Minimum 25% restocking charge and return shipping charge on goods authorized for return.
  • No restocking charges for defective goods or merchandise shipped in error.
  • Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured or they will not be accepted.
  • No returns allowed on cut up products i.e. rhinestone banding, chain, channel chain etc..
  • All merchandise returned must be in original packages without additional markings.
